1967 Howard Flat Bottom It is a 1967 Howard 18 ft flat, 468 B.B.C.454 60 over, 8.75:1 compression, chevy cast heads,msd ignition,pro billet distributor,weiand tunnel ram,single holley 830 carb,dooley 12 quart oil pan, rewarder headers-wet, motor can be ran with or without blower. I restored and painted the trailer and rebuilt the original pontiac 389 motor in 2004 but was looking for more horse power. So I put the 468 motor in in 2006. The boat is original gel, paint, rigging seats, i added some pin stripes. There are minor cracks in the deck. The boat has always been stored in a garage. The boat runs great i have had no problems with the chevy motor, it runs good with pump gas and even better with 107 to 110 octane. This is a great water ski boat and cruiser and always fun for a hot lap for someone who is just getting into flat bottoms. It was also featured in HOT BOAT April of 2006.. Boat located in Co.
